  • Active Duty Service Members

    • Visit your local military hospital or clinic. Military hospitals and clinics provide emergency and non-emergency health care for both physical and invisible wounds.
       

  • National Guardsman.

    • Contact the National Guard Psychological Health Program. They provide support 24/7 to you and your loved ones.
       

  • Reservist

    • Call the Psychological Health Resource Center at 866-966-1020 to speak confidentially with trained health resource consultants for free.
       

  • Veterans

    • Call 877-WAR-VETS (877-927-8387) to speak confidentially with a combat veteran or military spouse who can connect you with resources like qualified counselors.
