AWARE PURPOSE

  • Military service members, both active duty and retired, are subjected to traumatic and high stress situations throughout their careers

  • Stepstone's AWARE program provides assistance for individuals (enlisted & civilians) and their organizations

  • Founded initially to support first responders in dealing with overall mental health from on the job stressors

INDIVIDUAL TELEHEALTH SESSIONS

  • Telehealth visit (60 minutes) with a licensed clinician

  • Opportunity for you to experience the Telehealth process and work with a clinician

SUPPORT GROUP SESSIONS

  • Helps individuals develop socialization skills

  • Allows individuals to develop self-awareness by listening to others with similar issues

  • Resiliency strategies to manage stress

  • Improve professional communication skills
